Out Trips: - Sunday & Monday Afternoons

Lincoln Monument Massive Group Photo: - Sunday Afternoon
In the 30 years that YQ has been in existence...we've never done this one! On the first afternoon of the event we are going to have everyone (every student and every leader) join us at the Lincoln Monument for a massive group picture. This will be awesome!

Free Book Swap – NEW!
Instead of bringing in a big company to YouthQuest to sell us more books...we’ve decided to share the ones we all ready have. So, what are you doing with all those books you’ve already read?  Some books you will read again and again. Others will just sit on the shelf and gather dust.  We encourage you to bring your used books in good condition to YouthQuest. Place them in the Book Swap and exchange them for different ones. This is a great way to recycle books that you’ve already read and get some great “new” ones...while living more simply. Come join the fun!! 

Variety Show:
The YQ Variety Show is always a highlight and features students who are really gifted. Begin to plan how you can get your group involved. We are looking for a variety of drama, comedy and music. As well, your group can submit a 5 minute video of their talent to be shown during the show. Auditions will happen on-site.

Big Daddy and Mad Dog Sports Party: - Monday Dinner
Come ready to party and to celebrate your favorite teams.  Wear your team’s jersey, hat or tee shirt. Are you a cheerleader? Wear your uniform.  This dinner will include games, activities and prizes. The house will be rocking with some of the greatest crowd-pleasing sports music. Tailgate food will be served. We will find out how big a fan you really are when you do battle with Big Daddy and Mad Dog.

Common Grounds Cafe: - Tidewater Rm - Each Evening
The Acoustic Cafe is an excellent environment to chill with friends and listen to some engaging music.   We will be featuring different musical artists including the famed, Lost and Found.  There will also be opportunities for conference attendees to perform as well.  Feel free to stop in for a short while or spend the entire night in the brilliant atmosphere
